ACCOMMODATIONS:  The cabin is a simple wooden house with two  adjoining rooms; each with a queen bed and a single bed, table and chair and great natural sea breeze!  Both rooms have their own private veranda with a table, chairs and a hammock for relaxing outside and enjoying your island life. 

The house is equipped as well with 12 volt lighting - just in case you want to do a little night reading or play a game of cards.

Another option (fun for the kids) is to pitch a tent on the pristine coral sand found in the center of the caye. and enjoy nature at its best. The nearby bath house offers a tiled hot shower room and a washroom with a sink and toilet.

There is a cell phone on the island.  You can buy prepaid BTL cell phone cards anywhere in Belize.

Don't forget rain gear, sun tan lotion, insect repellent, a flashlight, good books, games, binoculars, sketch pad etc.  Get ready to RELAX!

Rate includes lodging, all meals (but not liquor), room or tent, transportation, snorkel gear, kayaks and taxes.  Tips for guides are not included.

We accept VISA, MasterCard and Discover cards.  Send us an email and we will forward a confirmation form for you to fill out, sign and then return to us via fax or email.

DEPOSIT/CANCELLATION POLICY:  A $200.00US deposit is required at the time of booking.  Your reservation will be confirmed when this deposit is received.  Full payment is due 45 days prior to arrival.  Full payment is due immediately for bookings made less than 45 days in advance.

If written cancellation is received 45 days prior to arrival a full refund will be made.  If it is received at least 30 days in advance the $100 US deposit will be withheld.  There will be no refund for reservations cancelled less than 30 days before scheduled arrival.  If the space is resold a partial refund may be maybe made.  French Louie Caye is not responsible for cancellations due to weather but we will provide a credit for a future reservation.
